The Shandong Zibo Smart Factory, which is responsible for producing the RD6, employs advanced international intelligent production information systems on all its production lines. Robots are capable of automatically identifying and assembling different vehicle models with a 100% automation rate. The CNC equipment ratio for key machinery stands at 97%, while the overall equipment utilization rate exceeds 90%. Additionally, the data collection rate for the entire production process is 100%.

During the offline ceremony, Chen Aiguo, General Manager of Radar New Energy Automobile Manufacturing, conveyed that going forward, the Zibo Smart Factory will embrace lightweight construction and electrification as its core principles.
