Radar Auto Officially Debuts its New Overseas Brand Name Riddara and will Join the International Motor Expo 2024 in Thailand
Radar Auto reveals its new name Riddara for overseas market and announced its participation in the 41st Thailand International Motor Expo 2024 that will be held later this year in Bangkok. This move further accelerates its expansion into Southeast Asia.
Riddara is affiliated with Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, a global automotive group consisting of several well-known international brands, including Volvo, Polestar, Lotus and Smart.

Thailand has long been a hub for automotive manufacturing in Asia. Recently, the Thai government announced a series of new measure to support the development of a new energy automobile industry from 2024 to 2027, aimed at expanding its industrial scale, enhance local manufacturing capacity and accelerate the electrification transformation of the Thai automotive industry.
Pickup trucks account for over 40% of total automobile sales in Thailand, with fuel traditionally being the primary source of energy. As China’s first 100% electric pickup truck, Riddara is expected to reshape the automotive market landscape in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Riddara will also establish corresponding electric vehicle (EV) support systems in Thailand to fully meet local needs and empower pickup users with a new outdoor-inspired lifestyle and work experience.

In 2023, Riddara achieved a market share of more than 60% in the new energy pickup truck market in China, with a peak monthly market share reaching 84.2%.
